Get your salespeople out of research and into conversations.

I set up outbound and pipeline systems on the HubSpot you already pay for: buying signals, data enrichment, researched and personalised outreach, routing and reporting. Your team spends its time talking to buyers.

Taking on new clientsSydney, across AU and NZ

Most people land here because they're hiring.

For sales leaders and founders

Hiring SDRs, BDRs or AEs?

Before you add headcount, look at where a new rep's first months go: building lists, researching accounts, writing first emails. That groundwork can run on your HubSpot. New reps ramp faster because the research is ready when they start, and a smaller team can build pipeline before or alongside the next hire.

For ops and marketing leads

Hiring someone to run HubSpot?

If you're recruiting a HubSpot admin, CRM manager or marketing ops lead, I can help in a few ways. I can get more out of the HubSpot you already pay for, cover the work while you hire, or run it part time instead of a full-time role if you're under about 60 staff.

Case study

The system I run for my own pipeline.

If you got an email from me, this system found you. It's the same kind of setup I'd build on your HubSpot, so here's how it works.

  1. Finds buying signals

It looks for companies in Australia and New Zealand that are hiring salespeople and already use HubSpot, and for companies hiring someone to run HubSpot or ops. Agencies, recruiters, competitors and anyone outside AU and NZ are filtered out automatically.

  2. Picks the right person

That's whoever owns the sales number, not the rep being hired. It finds their verified work email. It only looks up phone numbers on request, so I'm not paying for data I won't use.

  3. Does the research

It reads their website and the job post, then writes a short research brief, two emails, a LinkedIn note and a call opener for that one person.

  4. Checks its own work

A second AI acts as editor before anything goes out. It checks every claim against the sources, cuts anything made up, keeps the writing in my voice and flags anyone who isn't a real buyer. Flagged drafts come to me. Hard rules in the code block existing clients, partners and agencies, whatever the AI decides.

  5. Runs the cadence

An email, a LinkedIn connection request and a follow-up email. Once they accept, it sends one LinkedIn message that knows what the emails already said and works off their recent posts. Then it creates a call task in HubSpot.

  6. Stops when they reply

A reply on any channel stops everything, and I get an alert on my phone.

  7. Logs everything in HubSpot

Signals, research, every draft, what was sent, opens and replies.

What this means for you

This is the same kind of system I'd build on your HubSpot. The difference is it runs for your team, on your signals, in your voice.

It's built on HubSpot, n8n, Claude and a few data tools. It costs a few hundred dollars a month and runs three mornings a week while I do client work.

Results: I'm collecting a few weeks of data before I publish numbers. Ask me where it's at on the call.

How I can help.

Outbound System

The research and first-touch groundwork, built on your HubSpot. It covers buying signals that fit your market, contacts enriched with verified emails, and a research brief with draft outreach for each person. There's a review step before anything sends and a cadence across email and LinkedIn that stops when someone replies. Your reps start each day with researched people ready to contact.

  • Research
  • Email and LinkedIn

Built on your HubSpot, then handed over to your team

Pipeline and Reporting Build

Routing, deal automation and reporting that fit how your team sells. Leads reach the right rep, deal values fill in automatically, managers hear about important deals as they happen, and every rep and manager gets a dashboard they'll use. A clean CRM underneath is part of the build.

  • Routing
  • Deal automation
  • Alerts
  • Dashboards

Scope and price agreed before work starts

Fractional HubSpot Ops

Monthly hours to run and improve HubSpot without a full-time hire. It can cover the gap while you recruit, or replace the role if you're under about 60 staff. Admin, new builds, reporting and changes as the team grows.

  • Hiring cover
  • Admin
  • New builds
  • Reporting

Monthly hours, agreed up front

Client work.

I built HubSpot automation that sets each deal's value by service line and alerts the team in Slack the moment a deal reaches verbal agreement. SDRs and managers each get their own pipeline dashboards.

Xander, founder of Nothing Amiss

Hi, I'm Xander.

I'm a RevOps, GTM and HubSpot consultant in Sydney, working with companies across Australia and New Zealand. I've spent five years in RevOps, most of it in HubSpot. I designed CRM architecture for a multi-brand distributor across Australia and New Zealand, connected HubSpot to ERP and ecommerce platforms, and built the routing, pipelines and reporting that sales teams run on every day.

Now I focus on the outbound and pipeline side: getting signals, research and first touches running on HubSpot so salespeople get more time with buyers. Originally from the UK. I work with a small number of clients at a time, so you deal with me directly, from first call to handover.

Let's talk about your pipeline.

A 30-minute call. Tell me who you're hiring or what HubSpot isn't doing for you, and you'll leave with at least one thing you can set up this week, whether or not we work together.
