Accessibility Statement
Effective date: 17 September 2026
Nothing Amiss wants everyone to be able to use https://nothingamiss.com, including people with disability.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This supports our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and a logical heading structure
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
- Maintain sufficient colour contrast
- Make the site usable with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators
- Label form fields clearly and show errors in text, not colour alone
- Support browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content
- Provide captions for video content where we produce it
- Respect reduced-motion settings
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded booking tools, videos, chat widgets and social media feeds, is not fully under our control and may not meet the same standard. If you have trouble with any of these, contact us and we will provide the information or service another way.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you have difficulty accessing any content, or need information in another format, contact:
Email: xander@nothingamiss.com
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Australian Human Rights Commission at www.humanrights.gov.au.
Review
We review this statement and the accessibility of the site at least once a year and when we make significant changes.
